Making A Purchase

Making a purchase is straightforward.  If you intend to pay with a credit or debit card or  pay for your order upfront by bank transfer (BACS), please browse the online shop, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Cart’ to view the contents of your shopping cart, then click on ‘Proceed to checkout’ and you will be asked for the billing and delivery details that we need to be able to complete the order.

To pay by Credit or Debit Card:

To pay by card please click ‘pay by Sagepay’.  We use Sagepay to process internet credit and debit card transactions and accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards and all major UK debit cards.  Transactions are made using ‘3D secure’ for extra security.  When you receive an order confirmation from us this indicates that we have received your order. This is also your receipt. Sagepay will also confirm your payment transaction.

To pay by bank transfer (BACS) upfront:

To pay by bank transfer please click ‘pay by bank transfer’ and we will provide you with the necessary payment details.  We will not process your order until we have received your payment.  Your order confirmation is your invoice. Please pay within 30 days of receiving the confirmation / invoice.

Shipping And Handling

Please note that our standard delivery charges are for shipments to MAINLAND UK addresses only. Please contact us directly for other destinations.

If you have paid for your order by credit or debit card, or have placed your order on credit using the ‘online credit order form’, we will aim to despatch your order within 1-2 business working days. You will be advised by phone or e-mail of any expected shipment delays shortly after your order is placed. If you have requested to pay by bank transfer in advance we will not despatch your order until payment is made.

All parcels need to be signed for to guarantee safe delivery. If there is no-one to sign for your parcel, it will be returned to the relevant depot for you to collect or to arrange an alternative delivery date. Please consider specifying an alternative delivery address if you or someone else will not be available to sign for parcels at your main address.

We cannot be held responsible for any items not collected from the relevant depots and we reserve the right to make additional charge should we have to arrange re-delivery.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you where possible. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

VAT is included where applicable in the prices shown on the website.

Credit Card Security

We use Sagepay, a secure payment gateway to process your card details. We do not store your card details on any computer. We use 3D secure for added security.
